Our challenge was as layered as the menu itself: create a holistic brand that honors culinary tradition while feeling fresh, modern, and alive in every detail—from the signage to the spice jars.

We immersed ourselves in the textures of Andalusia and the produce of the California coast— our team explored markets, tile factories, and raw bars from Madrid to Monterey. We mapped out the emotional expectations of high-end tapas dining and paired them with the warm minimalism of contemporary hospitality. The result: a brand anchored in classic European elegance, balanced by West Coast vitality.

Menus and collateral draw from vintage Spanish ephemera—wine labels, weathered tiles, type specimen books—while the palette of olive green, terracotta, and off-white evokes sun-bleached facades and raw stone interiors. Everything feels hand-selected, slow-crafted, quietly opulent.
