This virtual agency is built to provide world-class creative support — streamlined, intentional, and fully online. To deliver the best results, we operate with clarity, structure, and mutual respect.


BOOKING & PAYMENT


  • All services are booked directly on the site.

  • Flat-fee services (like consultations or creative training) are paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Larger projects (like Brand Development or Package Design) require a $500 deposit, which secures your spot and schedules your kickoff call.

  • During the kickoff, your project scope, timeline, and full fee are reviewed. Your deposit will be credited toward your updated invoice.

  • If you choose not to move forward after the kickoff, your deposit will be refunded in full — no pressure, no catch.


TIMELINE & COMMUNICATION

  • All communication is via pre-scheduled Google Meet or phone calls — no unscheduled emails or DMs.

  • After kickoff, you’ll receive a formal timeline with project checkpoints and delivery dates.

  • Projects have a set drop-dead date (typically 2 weeks after scheduled completion). If client delays or unresponsiveness push the project beyond this date, a $500 rebooking fee is required to restart the work. All deliverables to date will be uploaded and considered complete.


REVISIONS & SCOPE

  • Revisions are built into your project timeline and will be clearly defined.

  • Revisions outside of the agreed scope or after the project closes are billed at $110/hour.

  • Clients with monthly retainers benefit from a discounted hourly rate of $99/hour and prioritized service.


FINAL DELIVERY

  • All final files and assets will be delivered via Google Drive upon receipt of final payment.

  • At that point, full rights and access to deliverables are granted.


  • RIGHTS & USAGE

  • All creative work produced under this agreement — including but not limited to brand assets, visual designs, illustrations, packaging, video, photography, strategy, and copy — is licensed for the specific usage agreed upon in the scope of the project. Unless explicitly stated in writing, all intellectual property rights remain with Dustin Byerley.

  • Usage Limitations:

  • Final deliverables are licensed for the agreed-upon formats, contexts, and platforms (e.g., product packaging, website, social media, etc.).

  • Client may not repurpose or resell the creative work for unrelated commercial uses (e.g., selling a product design or packaging element as standalone artwork, prints, NFTs, apparel, etc.) without express written consent and a separate licensing agreement.

  • Designs may not be modified, adapted, sublicensed, or redistributed to third parties without prior written approval.

  • The client may not use preliminary concepts, drafts, or unused directions presented during the process unless those specific items are explicitly purchased.

  • Ownership Transfer:

  • Full ownership may be transferred upon written agreement and final payment. Until that point, all designs remain the intellectual property of the creator.
